grant's farm

a st. louis first for me - ed went as a "wee lad". i really wasn't sure what to expect, i just knew the infamous clydesdale's reside there. there are quite a few animals, though! grant's farm is free - you get there, hop on the tram and it takes you through grant's farm explaining the history of the farm. you pass by a bunch of animals then get to the main part which houses even more animals. yes folks, brace yourself...more pictures of animals, yet in a different setting (meaning not from the zoo). a GREAT place for the kiddo's!

and, of course, the main attraction.....the budweiser clydesdales. they are so beautiful and so majestic! and we even got to see a few mini-clydesdales (or babies).
all in all it was a great afternoon. the sun was shining and we were experiencing something new (for me, at least). and, of course, the free beer at the end (ed would be upset if i forgot the best part of the day).
