i LOVE tulips - my sweet husband got these for me friday morning to add a little spring to my day. very sweet!

and then of course there was a little lady that loved the sunshine, as well - she had SUCH a big time at the park, not such a fun time leaving.
look at the joy on her face and she hasn't even left the front porch yet!!!! (and truly, how great are these pictures??? ed rocked the camera today!!!)

she loves to swing - we even tried taking her to the grass on the other side to see if she would just run around a little bit. lasted for a short time before she wanted to go back to the swings.
such a sweet girl!! she and daddy were doing the hokey pokey in the grass - that is before she made a beeline for the swings again!
all good things must come to an end, though - doesn't mean she has to be happy about it!
i'm grateful for the sun, for the promise of spring, for the colors outside, and for a great day with my precious family!!!
