My sweet Lafonda drove around Lone Elk Park twice yesterday with me hanging out the sun roof taking pictures...(Until the park ranger kindly asked me to be inside the vehicle while it was moving). We saw a record 8 deer, about 15 Bison, I think 6 wild turkeys and at least 20 to 25 Elk. I had goose bumps before we ever got in the park and yes...we switched drivers before we got close to the gate.
I so appreciate Sonja's willingness to drive out there and to basically be my safari driver. Our pictures continue to improve and we are planning to go to a free class the end of this month to improve our abilities. Taking pictures continues to be a great thing for us to do together.
